Attempts to resolve the matter through clear communication were met with dismissive responses and unsubstantiated claims. When I escalated the issue to Alibaba, I ultimately received a refund through Trade Assurance, but only after significant effort. This experience has shown that the supplier lacks both quality control and commitment to customer service. I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution and carefully review any evidence or claims made by this supplier. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
